Suzanne Newkirk, RDH, is the National and International Periodontal Endoscopy instructor for Zest Dental Solutions. A well known speaker and Key Opinion Leader in non-surgical periodontal endoscopy, Suzannne has provided presentations and hands on workshops throughout the country for dentist and dental hygiene study clubs.
As a writer, Suzanne has co-authored articles on non-surgical periodontal endoscopy and local anesthesia for peer reviewed magazines such as Decisions in Dentistry and Deminsions in Dental Hygiene. In addition, Suzanne co-authored several chapters in dental text-books on non-surgical periodontal therapy with use of the dental endoscope.

Suzanne Newkirk, RDH
Ms. Newkirk received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, in 1981. A recognized key opinion leader in Periodontal Endoscopy, Suzanne has published numerous articles in Decisions in Dentistrty, Dimensions in Dental Hygiene and Dentistry IQ. Suzanne has co-authored several dental textbook chapters on minimally invasive non-surgical periodontal therapy with use of the dental endoscope. Minimally Invasive Periodontal Therapy: Clinical Techniques and Visualization Technology by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2014, and Dental Hygiene: Application to Clinical Practice has a publication date of 2015.
Suzanne is a periodontal co-therapist, dental hygiene coach and mentor who is passionate about teaching dentists and dental hygienists to provide outstanding diagnosis-driven dental hygiene dedicated to implementing superior, patient centered care.
To help patients maximize periodontal health, Ms. Newkirk received her dental laser certification from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry in 2011. She is a popular Periodontal Endoscopy and Dental Hygiene Diode Laser Instructor and Speaker. Ms. Newkirk is a member of the American Dental Hygienist's Association and Georgia State Dental Hygienist's Association.
