Dr. Robert "Bob" Gottlieb
Dr. Robert "Bob" Gottlieb received his dental degree from the University of Illinois in 1975 and his Specialty Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Washington in 1977. He has held teaching positions at three universities and has been in private practice for over 37 years.
Dr. Gottlieb has served as President of the Snohomish County Dental Society, President of Washington State Society of Periodontists, Chairman of the Shoreline Community College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board, and had been a Washington Dental Service Trustee. In addition, he has directed and mentored numerous study clubs and lectured extensively in California and Washington.
TOH ("The Other Half") Consulting Services is the brainchild of Dr. Gottlieb and was developed throughout his multifaceted career to enhance patient health and office productivity.

Suzanne Newkirk, RDH
Ms. Newkirk received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, in 1981. A recognized key opinion leader in dental endoscopy, Suzanne has published numerous articles in Dentistry IQ, and has co-authored several dental textbook chapters on minimally invasive non-surgical periodontal therapy with use of the dental endoscope. Minimally Invasive Periodontal Therapy: Clinical Techniques and Visualization Technology by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2014, and Dental Hygiene: Application to Clinical Practice has a publication date of 2015.
Suzanne is a periodontal co-therapist, dental hygiene coach and mentor who is passionate about teaching dentists and dental hygienists to provide outstanding diagnosis-driven dental hygiene dedicated to implementing superior, patient centered care.
To help patients maximize periodontal health, Ms. Newkirk received her dental laser certification from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. She also is a popular Perioscopy instructor and speaker. Ms. Newkirk is a member of the American Dental Hygienist's Association, Georgia State Dental Hygienist's Association, and owns and moderates the Perioscopy Users Forum on LinkedIn.
